It’s clear that President Obama and his administration does not want to talk about the terrorist attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi, Libya where four brave Americans including Ambassador Chris Stevens were murdered. There are many questions that demand answers. Why didn’t then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta have any communication with the White House and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton the night of the attack? Why didn’t President Obama make any phone calls the night of the attack to provide leadership and support? Why didn’t U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice acknowledge that it was a terrorist attack five days later on television?
Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA) has introduced House Resolution 36 that would instruct Congress to appoint a select committee to investigate the terrorist attack in Benghazi on September 11, 2012. If you think America deserves better from its leaders at the highest levels of government, please send a letter to your representative in Congress and demand that a select committee be established that will once and for all provide accountability for the Benghazi tragedy.
